EMPLEAYA / INFORMATION

Accessibility Statement

Our approach to readable navigation, keyboard use and ongoing website accessibility improvements.

Accessibility matters

We aim to make EmpleaYa readable and usable on phones, tablets, desktops and assistive technology. The theme uses semantic page regions, a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields, flexible text layouts and a responsive navigation menu.

Current considerations

We strive for reasonable alignment with WCAG accessibility principles; however, the starter package has not received a formal independent accessibility audit. Actual accessibility depends on future content, hosting and plugins, and we cannot promise that every page or third-party website meets a specific certification.

Ways to use the site

You can navigate standard menus and article links by keyboard, use the search field to find content, and access a simplified reading layout on narrow screens. Editorial images include descriptive alternative text. Motion effects are limited for visitors who request reduced motion in their device settings.

Report an issue

If a form field, page section, image or menu is difficult to use, tell us through Contact. Include the page URL, device, browser and accessibility technology if you wish. We welcome practical suggestions and will investigate reasonable improvements.
