How advertising works on EmpleaYa

EmpleaYa is designed to display advertising alongside independent informational content. Where enabled, ads can be managed through platforms such as Google Ad Manager and Google AdSense and may involve additional authorized demand partners or ad technology providers. Advertising content and availability can vary by page, location and user preferences.

Identifying advertisements

Advertising placements should be distinguishable from article text, navigation, employer guides and application instructions. A banner or promotional unit displayed near an employer article is not automatically a vacancy, sponsorship announcement or recommendation by EmpleaYa.

When an arrangement creates sponsored editorial content or an affiliate relationship, we aim to disclose that relationship clearly and close to the relevant material. Standard automated display ads may have labels or controls supplied by the advertising provider.

Editorial independence

Our editorial mission is to help readers locate official recruitment resources and make safer decisions. Advertising does not change the fundamental advice to verify openings with the employer. Payment must not be presented as proof of a job vacancy, a hiring outcome or an endorsement by an employer.

Privacy and advertising choices
